Pay Full Amount: Pay the complete cost of the item and shipping securely online.
Pay on Delivery (Commitment Fee): Pay a 5% deposit of the item cost online to confirm your order, and pay the remaining balance to the dispatch rider when your item arrives.
The 5% commitment fee helps us ensure that orders are genuine. This allows us to keep offering Pay on Delivery services to ready and available customers nationwide.
Yes. Once your item is delivered and you have inspected it, you can pay the remaining balance via bank transfer or cash (depending on your preference) before the rider leaves.
Delivery Information
Lagos Orders: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
Outside Lagos: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Yes, we deliver to most states in Nigeria. If your location is in a remote area, our customer service team may contact you to arrange a pickup at the nearest logistics terminal.
Delivery fees vary based on your location and the weight of the item. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you make your commitment fee payment.
However, purchase with items over N40,000 are eligible for free delivery.
Yes! We encourage you to inspect the package upon arrival to ensure it is the correct item. However, please note that the package seal can only be broken after the commitment fee has been confirmed (or as per your specific agreement with the courier/company).
Refund Questions
Yes: If we are unable to fulfill your order or if the item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced.
No: If the rider arrives at your location and you stop picking up your calls, refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, or are unavailable to receive the package. The fee covers our shipping and operational costs.
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 2-5 business days. The funds will be reversed to the original payment method used or sent to your provided bank account.
You will be notified immediately, and a full refund (100% of your payment) will be processed instantly to your account.
Exchange and Return
We offer a 5-7 day return window for items that are materially defective or significantly different from what was ordered. Please note that most items are sold "AS IS," and returns are not accepted for "change of mind." If your item came with a specific manufacturer warranty, please refer to the warranty card included in the package.
Due to the nature of our offers, we generally do not accept returns for personal preference changes once an order has been delivered and inspected. We encourage you to check the product description and photos carefully before ordering.
